Our ceiling lamps are created to both protect the eye and be a delight to the eye. Choose from our selection of classic designer ceiling lamps.
Ceiling lamps are mounted in the ceiling. The lamps are often finished with an extension arm and mounting box which is typically painted in the same color as the lampshade. However, ceiling lamps can also be supplied with a spacer ring which is mounted directly on the ceiling, such as. lighthouse. The extension arm is often supplied in 10 or 20 cm lengths as well as a Kip joint, which makes it possible to turn the lampshade in different directions. If a cable is supplied with the ceiling lamp, it is supplied in black or white and in a length of 30 cm as prescribed by law.
The ceiling luminaire is mounted approx. between 180-220 cm from the floor to the lower edge of the lamp and approx. 40-60 cm from the wall. This allows the lamp to illuminate (spot lighting) objects on the wall, such as. a painting etc. This location will in most cases also prevent reflection as well as glare. If this is not the case, it is recommended to choose a lamp with a ring, which prevents glare from the light source.
